Necessary ingredients to prepare intermediate ingredients for chicken roulette
- One chicken breast
- One onion
- A bell pepper
- Ten mushrooms
- A glass of grated pizza cheese
- A bell pepper
- A tablespoon of tomato paste
- A tablespoon of lemon juice
- A teaspoon of salt
- A teaspoon of black pepper
- A teaspoon of black powder
- A teaspoon of thyme
- A teaspoon of turmeric
How to prepare potato roulette is as follows
First, wash and peel the potatoes, then grate them with a fine grater and squeeze the water out of the potatoes with the help of hand pressure. Put this potato in a suitable size container and then add salt, pepper, chili pepper and eggs and mix well until they are uniform. In the next step, pour some oil into a rectangular pan or a normal pan, and after the oil is hot, pour the ingredients into the pan and put it on low heat and let only one side of the potato roulette be fried for twenty minutes. Note that the diameter of the material should be less than one centimeter and about six to seven millimeters. (If the pan you used was not rectangular, cut the sides of the potato sheet to make it rectangular) If you don’t want to fry the potato roulette, you can set the oven to 180 degrees, place the roulette ingredients on a parchment paper inside the tray Spread it and flatten it. Leave it in the oven for thirty minutes until your potato roulette is cooked.
How to prepare intermediate ingredients for potato roulette is as follows
In the first step, peel the onion, wash it and chop it finely. Put the onion in a pan with a little oil and put it on the heat and fry it. After the onion is fried, chop the chicken breast into small pieces and add it to the onion and fry it on low heat for about ten minutes until the chicken is cooked. Then add salt, pepper, turmeric, thyme and garlic powder to the pan and mix well with chicken and onion and fry. Then open the middle of the pan and pour the tomato paste in the middle of the pan and fry until it is raw and then mix with the ingredients. In the next step, add the chopped mushrooms along with the lemon juice to the ingredients and stir and let the mushroom juice drain completely on a low heat; Because the middle ingredient of roulette should not contain water.
Now pour the prepared intermediate ingredients on the potato roulette and spread evenly. Pour the grated pizza cheese on the middle ingredients and then gently roll the potato sheet. Cover the roulette again with pizza cheese and sprinkle thyme powder on it. Place in the oven for fifteen minutes until the cheese on the roulette turns golden. Of course, you can put the potato roulette in the pan and cover the pan with a lid and leave it on low heat for twenty minutes until the cheese on the roulette turns golden.
