The necessary ingredients for how to prepare potato roulette with minced meat include the following:
- Four hundred grams of minced meat
- A large onion
- Two medium bell peppers
- A tablespoon of tomato paste
- Three large potatoes
- Two eggs
- One and a half cups of pizza cheese
- Two tablespoons of parsley
- Liquid oil as needed
- Salt as needed
- Black pepper as needed
- Red pepper as needed
- Turmeric as needed
How to prepare potato roulette is as follows:
First, we will introduce the preparation of intermediate ingredients for potato roulette. In the first step of preparing this type of potato roulette, you have to peel and wash the onion and then chop the onion into small pieces. Pour some oil in a pan and put it on the heat and then fry the onions in it until the onions are golden and light. Then we add a little turmeric and fry a little. After that, in the next step, we add the minced meat and fry until the color of the meat changes and it is slightly fried. Then chop two colored bell peppers into gems and add them to the pan and fry for a few minutes. After the bell pepper is fried, open the middle of the pan and fry the tomato paste in the middle of the pan until it is fried well and its raw taste is obtained. Then add a little salt and black pepper to the ingredients and mix. At this stage, you should add boiling water to the pan in the amount of a glass with a French handle and put the lid on the pan and let the meat cook well. After the water in the pan is completely drained, remove the pan from the heat and let the ingredients cool down.
Now we introduce how to prepare potato roulette. In the first step, the oven should be turned on and set to 180 degrees Celsius so that it heats up well. Wash and peel the potatoes and then grate them with a coarse grater and remove excess water from the potatoes by hand pressure. Then put the grated potato in a large bowl and add eggs, pizza cheese, chopped parsley, salt and black pepper to it. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well until they are uniform. Cover the bottom of a 25 x 35 cm metal tray with parchment paper and lightly grease the parchment paper with liquid oil. Then pour the ingredients on the tray and spread them with the same diameter and smooth the top of the ingredients completely with the help of the back of a spoon. Now put the tray in the oven for 30 minutes to cook the roulette. Be careful not to dry the potato roulette, and the golden surface is enough. After removing the roulette from the oven, immediately pour the prepared minced meat mixture on the potato roulette and spread it evenly. Then roll gently and put the tray back in the oven until it turns golden on the roulette. After the potato turns golden on the roulette, take it out of the oven and remove the oil paper stuck to the back of the roulette. To easily remove greaseproof paper, just wet a brush with water and then pull the greaseproof paper to remove it easily.
